Let's look at why.

Leg 1: Thunder vs Wizards

The Wizards and the Thunder are going to play against each other and the odds have the Thunder as a -14.5 point favorite at a -110. Now, for a lot of fans they may think this spread is way to high and one that could easily be covered by the Wizards, but I have to say I think the Odds makers have hit this one. The last 2 games have seen the Wizards give up 139 points in losing efforts and only in the overtime game did the Wizards score 134 points, but the other game against a Hornets team that is not overly strong the Wizards put in 113 points. The Thunder for their part are already putting in on average 5 points more per game than the Thunder and that will definitely help the Wizards out in this game here. In fact the Wizards losing margin in the 3 losses this season have been as follows 5 points, 26 points, and 13 points. All of those are against teams that do not have the same level of talent as the Thunder and that makes it easier for us to put the first leg of our parlay on the Thunder to win and cover the -14.5 spread at a -110. Leg 2: Heat vs Spurs

The Heat and the Spurs are getting ready to play on Thursday night in San Antonio. However, the Spurs are coming in sitting at a -5.5 favorite at -110. But the total is what we are liking in this game here. The total is set only at a 231 on the day at a -110 on either side of the total. I know that I really like the over, though, in this game here as 231 seems to be fairly low as I see both of these teams having a prolific offense and the teams combine to score an average of 248 points per game. Still, the last game seen the Heat offense put in 144 points and the Spurs offense countered with 121 in their last win, in fact in the last 5 games the lowest total for the Spurs was 118 points.
