The Raptors (1-4) have struggled to find their footing on the defensive end of the floor and are surrendering 127.8 points per game. On Wednesday, Toronto allowed Houston to shoot a sizzling 58 percent from the field during a 139-121 home loss.

Toronto F Scottie Barnes matched a game-high with 31 points on 11-for-18 shooting and secured five boards. Talented F Brandon Ingram scored 29 points on an efficient 11-for-16 from the field. Immanuel Quickley added 15 points and seven assists for the Raptors.

Cavaliers Preview

Last season, the Cleveland Cavaliers finished with the best record in the Eastern Conference and were eliminated in the Conference Semifinals. The Cavaliers (3-2) are off to a good start defensively and are allowing 115.2 points per contest. On Wednesday, Cleveland was outscored by 117 points during the second quarter of a 125-105 road loss against Boston.

All-Star F Evan Mobley and G Jaylen Tyson led five Cleveland players in double figures with 19 points each on a combined 15-for-30 shooting. De’Andre Hunter added 18 points and six boards for the Cavaliers, who were outrebounded by a 53-42 margin.
