Lightning vs Penguins
The Lightning and the Penguins are playing among the best in the NHL this year and are now facing off. The Lighting, though, should be able to come out on top in this game here. That comes from the fact that the Tampa Bay team has the better offense with 3.53 goals and the better defense of only 2.63 goals per game allowed. 
Canadiens vs Capitals
Montreal is on the road in this game to face the Washington Capitals and that will be a challenge as the Canadiens are not that strong of a road team overall and are facing a stiff defense from Washington. The stronger defense will be the difference in this game here as the Capitals are able to secure the win rather easily.

Flames vs Blue Jackets

Oilers vs Predators
Edmonton and Nashville are a couple of teams that have not really looked that impressive on the ice so far overall. Both of the teams are over the five hundred mark, but it is a lot closer than what the fans expected. However, the talent level of the Oilers is playing better and as long as McDavid is able to play on the ice the OIlers are always a threat to secure the win and that is what happens in this game here.
Islanders vs Jets
The White Out that the Jets home ice was known for is definitely not present this year. The Jets are only a game over the five hundred mark on their home ice this year. The Islanders, though, are 4 games over the five hundred mark on the road.The game here should tip to the Islanders who have the better defense and only a slightly worse defense.
Maple Leafs vs Mammoth
Utah is playing at home in this game here and that should help the Mammoth out in this game here. The Utah Mammoth are coming in with the better defense and that will help guide the Mammoth as well. The problem is the Maple Leafs do have a good offense, but that offense will struggle against the Mammoth in this game here.
Stars vs Ducks
The Dallas Stars and the Anaheim Ducks are set to face off against each other in this game here. However, the Stars are playing markedly better on the defensive side of the ice and that will make it easier for the Stars to get the win in this game here.
