The PLAY: Tennessee Titans +13.5 (-115)
The Jaguars have been on quite a roll. However, the Titans have quietly been very competitive themselves. Despite coming up short last week, they're 5-3 ATS their last eight games. They haven't failed to cover in b2b games since October. The Jaguars won big at Tennessee but that's the only Titan loss of more than 13 points for months. While the Jags do need a win, they're banged up on the offensive line and they've got bigger games in their future. The Titans are still fighting and should keep this one closer than many will be expecting.
