Joe Duffy has been handicapping sports since childhood in suburban Philadelphia, where he first outpicked pros in a Philadelphia Inquirer contest. While in college, he worked as a Scorephone announcer and studied under Hall of Famers Ray Scott and Hank Stram. Nicknamed “Mr. March,” now “The Lord of the Big Dance,” he has posted a winning March Madness every year since 1988. Bruce Marshall
