Consultant Bio

Anton Dahbura, the lead AI analyst for advanced Sports AI, is our resident numbers expert with serious creds. At Johns Hopkins University, he co-leads the Institute for Assured Autonomy and runs the Information Security Institute, teaches in Computer Science, and collaborates with the Malone Center for Engineering in Healthcare. Before that he did cutting-edge research at AT&T Bell Labs, taught at Princeton, and led Motorola’s Cambridge Research Center. He earned his BS, MS, and PhD in EECS from JHU, and he’s a Fellow of the prestigious IEEE. He has several years of building reliable, AI-driven systems- the same rigor he brings to turning chaotic sports data into clear, smarter betting insights.

Marla brings deep experience in operations, partnerships, and organizational leadership to Advanced Sports AI. Over the past 15+ years, she’s helped both startups and established companies scale and adopt data-driven practices. At ASAI, she oversees day-to-day operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives—turning our cutting-edge analytics into sustainable growth and real-world impact.

Sam O., Co-Founder & Data Scientist

Sam focuses on machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical inference with a sports analytics twist. He holds an advanced degree in applied mathematics and has published work on probabilistic models for complex systems. At ASAI, Sam architects and deploys the predictive algorithms behind our betting models, leveraging large datasets to boost accuracy and consistency across multiple sports.

Dr. Mike P., Director of Technology & R&D

Mike leads the build-out of ASAI’s tech stack and research engine. Trained in computer engineering and seasoned in cloud platforms, distributed systems, and software development, he delivers scalable infrastructure for real-time analytics and data processing. He also steers our exploration of emerging technologies, weaving advanced AI methods into next-generation sports prediction. 

Matt B., Data Analyst

Matt transforms raw sports data into decision-ready insights. With strengths in database management, statistical modeling, and visualization, he structures and interprets the datasets that feed ASAI’s predictive systems. He partners closely with the data science team to test hypotheses, validate model outputs, and produce clear reporting for both internal stakeholders and end users.
