My selection is on Minnesota. The Wild managed to pull off the comeback against Montreal on Monday after trailing 3-2 into the third period. They have now won four straight games and will most definitely be a team contending for a Stanley Cup when the playoffs come around. At the moment, the Wild are second in the Central but if the Avs continue to have trouble, Minnesota could possibly pass. That's not what's on Minnesota's mind right now though. These teams have split the season series so far, with both games going to OT. Given that Nashville won the most recent game, the Wild must rebound from that game. They are the much better team this season. Play on Minnesota.

My selection is on Dallas. Cooper Flagg has been exceptional recently but hasn't been getting much help from his teammates. Back at home on Tuesday evening, I think that this is a good spot for Dallas to get back into the winning column. Boston's going to shoot a ton of threes. But, the Mavs actually have the best 3pt defense in the league this season, allowing a 33.6% rate of opponents three to go in. Yes, that's #1 in the NBA. Boston also could be in a dangerous spot here as it's in the first game of a back to back with Houston up next. The Rockets are the better team of these two by far from a record standpoint. With the Mavericks playing significantly better at home than away this year and with them being 6-2 ATS over their L8 home games, play on Dallas.
