That's solid, but the underlying numbers really favor Ottawa right now. Over the last 10 games, the Senators are third in xGoals% (56.93%) and second in xGD/60 minutes (+0.8). They rank first in high-danger SOG (47) over the 10-game sample size.
Philadelphia, on the other hand, has logged an underwhelming 3-8-3 record over their last 14 games. The defense has been getting abused during the stretch, allowing 4.3 goals per game. There's a big disparity between these offenses, and with Philadelphia's defense not in great form, Ottawa should be able to outpace them in this spot.
