Utah’s defense has been abysmal for most of the season ranking dead last in defensive efficiency and allowing the most assists per game of any team in the NBA. It’s also worth noting that the Jazz allow the third most free throw attempts per game which Johnson can take advantage of attempting around six per game. In their first head-to-head meeting in Utah back on November 13 Johnson went off against the Jazz compiling 31 points and 14 assists on 10-19 shooting and 7-11 at the free throw line in a 132-122 win.
