| CBB | (673) Virginia Tech at (674) Clemson: Team Total | 7:00pm EST - Feb 11/2026 |
The PLAY: Clemson Total Under 71.5 (-105)
This is a very tricky spot for #20 Clemson, who is coming off a pair of wins out on the West Coast and has #4 Duke on deck this weekend.
Virginia Tech probably won't cover if Clemson scores a ton. The Tigers come in 11th nationally in scoring defense at just 64.1 points per game allowed.
But the fortunate thing for the Hokies here is that, prior to shooting 55% against Cal, Clemson scored just 66 and 63 points its previous two games. The Tigers play slow (330th in adjusted tempo).
Clemson also would seem to lack the ability to take advantage of Va Tech's main weakness, which is defensive rebounding. Out of the 18 teams in the ACC, Clemson is 16th in offensive rebounding rate. So there shouldn't be many second chance points given up by the Hokies tonght.
Put everything together and I think Clemson Team Total Under is the way to go.

A consistent winner since first emerging on the scene back in 2011, Power didn't have a single losing calendar year in his first decade as a pro handicapper! Power handicaps football (both NFL and college), basketball (NBA and college), MLB, Soccer (most major European leagues), and the UFC. He uses a personal set of power ratings, combined with situational handicapping, to make his selections. Multiple bets per day across multiple sports are the norm.
