| CBB | (306569) NJIT at (306570) New Hampshire: Moneyline | 6:00pm EST - Feb 12/2026 |
The PLAY: New Hampshire -110
Not sure you'll find a weaker first place team - in any league across America - than NJIT. That probably speaks to just how BAD the America East has been this season, but credit to the Highlanders for taking advantage as they have an 8-2 SU conference record, which has them one-half game ahead of UMBC and a full game ahead of AE stalwart Vermont.
There's certainly been some good fortune in NJIT's run. KenPom has them 7th in the luck rankings. Also, what does it say that the Highlanders are dogs tonight against an 8-win New Hampshire team? To me, it says it's time to fade the Highlanders.
New Hampshire closed -1.5 for the first meeting, which was in Newark. They did lose (80-76), but getting the Wildcats at the same price at home for tonight's rematch seems like a bargain. Note - when I talked about this game on the Morning Wager (see video below), the spread was a little higher. Now (as of 10:45 AM ET), we can get a good ML price.
New Hampshire is coming off B2B road losses, but has won three straight here at home.

After spending the previous decade at Covers Experts, Bryan Power has wasted little time establishing himself. A consistent winner since first emerging on the scene back in 2011, Power didn't have a single losing calendar year in his first decade as a pro handicapper! In April & May of this year (2022), he went on an amazing 154-99-2 (+$41,322) with all plays!
Power handicaps football (both NFL and college), basketball (NBA and college), MLB, Soccer (most major European leagues), and the UFC. He uses a personal set of power ratings, combined with situational handicapping, to make his selections. Multiple bets per day across multiple sports are the norm.
