I'm expecting to see some offense in Tampa on Wednesday afternoon. For starters, we have Patrick Corbin going for the Blue Jays. The left-hander has been serviceable with a 3.65 ERA, but we could see him get touched up against this Tampa offense that's 14-44 (.318) against him lifetime. The Rays are sixth in BABIP (.326) over the last seven days, which is notable since Corbin isn't a huge strikeout guy.
The Blue Jays should contribute a few runs as well. They're taking on Shane McClanahan and his 3.10 ERA. Their offense is slashing .302/.353/.476 against him over 63 at-bats. Over the last week, the Jays are 10th in wOBA (.335) with the lowest strikeout percentage (13.7%) in the Majors. Add in that this game features a couple of bottom-half bullpens, and I think we can start to see the path to 8+ runs. Give me the over.
Line Parameters: Playable at a line of 7.5 up to -125
