| MLB | (967) Kansas City Royals at (968) Texas Rangers: Total | 4:05pm EDT - May 30/2026 |
The PLAY: Total Under 8.0 (-116) Seth Lugo (RHP), Kumar Rocker (RHP) Must Start
Though our Under 7.5 bet was pretty much "dead from the start" in last night's series opener (thanks to a 4-run 1st inning from the Rangers), I thought it was somewhat of a "raw deal." All four of those runs that Texas scored in the first inning came with two outs. Two of the four were byproducts of separate throwing errors. The fact remains that Kansas City is the lowest scoring road team in all of MLB (2.96 runs per game). Texas is the second lowest scoring home team (3.31 rpg). Coming back and betting the Under at 8.0 on Saturday seems like the right play.
There's really no reason to expect the Royals to break out at the plate this afternoon. They've scored just one run in the last 24 innings (that came in the 9th inning last night) and only five runs total in their last four games. Today the KC lineup faces Kumar Rocker, who has 2.04 ERA and 1.08 WHIP his L3 starts, for the first time. Then you have to consider the Rangers' bullpen ERA (3.11) is the fourth lowest in all of baseball.
Before last night's 9-run explosion, this Rangers' lineup had been held to 23 runs total in its previous seven games. Let's hope KC can clean up the issues in the field, because starter Seth Lugo has great career numbers against Texas (2.03 ERA, 0.68 WHIP in three starts). Lugo is also coming off B2B quality starts where he held Seattle to three runs and Boston to two runs.

| UEFA | (224201) Arsenal at (224202) Paris Saint Germain: 3-Way Moneyline | 12:00pm EDT - May 30/2026 |
The PLAY: Draw 227
No official client release from me on this year's Champions League Final. I am finding it extremely difficult to pick a winner here as - for the first time since 2020 - we have ourselves a Final between two domestic league champs. Luis Enrique's PSG are the current UCL holders and looking to become the first B2B champs in the competition since Real Madrid in 2017-18. But Mikel Arteta's Arsenal not only topped this season's League Phase, they also are unbeaten across all 14 UCL matches!
The handicap really boils down to whether or not you think PSG can break down Arsenal's seemingly impenetrable defense. PSG are one goal away from matching the 1999-00 Barcelona team for most goals scored in one Champions League campaign. They've scored a goal in 50 of 53 matches across all competitions in this season, including 27 in a row. In seven of their eight knockout matches here in the UCL, we've seen PSG score multiple goals!
But Arsenal have allowed just SIX goals total in their 14 UCL matches while keeping NINE clean sheets (one away from tying the record). With that in mind, I would bet the draw here. I think there's a really good chance we finish level after 90 minutes + stoppage time and AET is needed. These clubs met three times in last year's UCL (once in the League phase & then in the two-legged semifinals). Across those three matches, both sides scored exactly three goals.
