The PLAY: Los Angeles Rams 122
This is one of those spots where the moneyline simply makes too much sense to ignore. You can take the Rams +2.5 at around -105, or you can grab +130 on the moneyline — that’s roughly 35 cents of added value, and in the long run, those are the edges that separate winning bettors from the rest.
Yes, Seattle is at home, and yes, the Rams have had some uneven performances down the stretch. But when you dig into the matchup history, this sets up well for Los Angeles. These teams played twice earlier this season, decided by a combined three points, and the Rams were the better team in both games. One Seattle win required a punt return touchdown and a perfect three-for-three performance on two-point conversions — that’s not a sustainable formula.
Quarterback play is the difference here. Matthew Stafford has thrown five touchdowns and zero interceptions against Seattle, while Sam Darnold has six picks and just two scores, and now he’s dealing with an oblique issue. In a near pick’em game, I’ll gladly take the better QB, the better value, and the Rams outright.
