We get a solid SEC matchup here with Vandy coming into Mizzou Arena. Missouri had won three straight games before losing 85-68 last time out to Texas, which was a setback for the Tigers tournament hopes. Shawn Phillips Jr, Missouri's big man, keeps getting into foul trouble and leads the nation in flagrant fouls which is hindering the Tigers in the paint in multiple games, so he needs to let cool heads prevail as Missouri needs his size inside. Vanderbilt has two guards out with knee injuries, Duke Miles and Frankie Collins have been unavailable for awhile, but Tyler Tanner stepped up to average 25.8 points during their recent five-game span, so it's next man up for the Commodores. Vandy is 21-4, and 14-10 ATS on the season, and have been a nice surprise in the SEC this year, they were the first SEC team to reach 20 wins which is huge for their program. We like Vandy to continue to do well here, they score 88ppg which is good for #5 in the nation, and Missouri can get in trouble without Phillips Jr on the floor and create problems for the Tigers.
