I had already locked Bayern's leg of the parlay (who beat Holstein by 4-3 earlier that day) and was waiting for Magdeburg to do their thing. They were 5-1 up at the 74th minute, I needed another goal and Schalke scored at the 93rd minute to make it 2-5, thus cashing a +71150 betslip.

A 0.1u investment gave a return of +71u. Paid my entire vacation at Sri Lanka and a new car on top of that. Frankly, I'm still searching for that high.

Now, fate has it that these two teams are up against one another in the German Cup, and I am going with two small bets.

I love this combination of bets because Bayern can easily score 6 goals on a good day, at home, against a team from the 2nd division, but I also expect Magdeburg to create some dangerous situations as well. Magdeburg are a STRANGE side that won their last match by 6-1, had lost in the opener by 6-1, and in the last two seasons they had some absolutely insane scorelines.

Always a chance they fizzle completely and Bayern destroy them, but these two bets are definitely worth the risk, if you can find them. Got these odds from MGM.
